Questions

Which file formats do you accept?

STL, STEP, 3MF, OBJ and IGES. No file at all is fine too: send a sketch with dimensions, photos with a ruler in the frame, or the part itself.

How long does it take?

Most single parts take 2 to 3 days including design approval. Express printing is available on request for +30%, when the printer is free.

How accurate are the parts?

Typically within ±0.2 mm on small features. For tight fits we print a test piece first and adjust before the final part.

What is the largest part you can print?

Up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm in one piece. Larger parts are split and joined.

Do you build complete college projects?

Yes. We build the hardware with you, share the code and wiring diagram, help with the report outline and walk you through how it works before your review.

How do I pay?

UPI or bank transfer: 50% advance to start, the rest before delivery. Small student jobs are paid in full upfront.

Do you deliver outside Chennai?

Yes. Delivery is free in Chennai from ₹1,999 and in the rest of Tamil Nadu from ₹2,499; below that a flat fee applies inside Tamil Nadu. Outside Tamil Nadu we ship at the actual courier cost, by India Post or a courier you prefer, and confirm the amount on WhatsApp before dispatch. You get the tracking number on WhatsApp.

Is my design kept private?

Yes. We do not share or reuse your files or ideas, and we are happy to sign a simple NDA for product work.
